Bill Nye Predicts Vaping’s Future In New Video

Vaper Empire E-Liquids

In a new video put together by Inverse featuring none other than Bill Nye “the science guy” himself, the world renown face of science predicts the future of vaporizing.

(Scroll down to watch the video)

As he holds up a somewhat ordinary looking vape pen in the video, he describes nicotine vaporizers by saying:

“…cigarettes don’t kill you fast enough so you have to tech it up.”

He goes on to predict that vapes will be around in a hundred years or so in one form or another because of nicotine’s addictive nature. Mind you, he seems to be ignoring the fact that not all vapes are designed for the inhalation of nicotine. He also appears to be focused on the notion of direct-inhalation vaporizers, leaving users of aromatherapy-oriented vaporizers to wonder what the future holds for them – or at least, what Nye thinks the future might hold for them.

At the end of his brief assessment of the future of vaping, he ends by saying that “people are gonna love it” while noting that they might not be as big as the one he’s holding in the video. Notably, the one he’s holding is far from the smallest we’ve seen. In fact, most e-cigs we’re familiar with are dramatically smaller the somewhat large, cylindrical shaped vape pen he’s holding in the video.

The video was put together by Inverse as part of their “Future or Forgotten” series in which they question the longevity of today’s notions, products, and whatever else they can come up with.
