Every authentic DaVinci IQ vaporizer is covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty that protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship under what DaVinci refers to as “normal use.”
For reference, the IQ is a dry herb vaporizer, not a concentrate vaporizer. Subsequently, those who choose to use it as the latter, a concentrate vape, may very well be voiding their manufacturer’s warranty protection by doing so. That said, it’s best to consult the DaVinci Vaporizer company if you’re unsure of what constitutes normal use with their IQ vape.
Note: Intentionally opening the IQ up or otherwise disassembling it will void its warranty coverage.
Original User Only
The warranty on the IQ is non-transferable and it is only valid for the original end-user purchaser. This means that if you buy your DaVinci IQ used off Craigslist, eBay, or some similar platform where folks can sell their used goods – the warranty will not be valid as it’s only valid for the original end-user purchaser. That said, you may want to be extra cautious if it’s a used IQ you’re considering buying.
