Through the Quit4Life program that supports England’s National Health Service (NHS), a program which aims to help cigarette smokers give up smoking, smokers in the country who are interested in trying to quit with the help of a vaporizer are now being offered £25 vouchers that they can exchange for electronic cigarette starter kits.

These vouchers are available for residents of Hampshire, England. Residents can call 01252335120 for help and support as well as more information on the services offered.

Those who call are currently being instructed to ask about the vaping starter kit voucher program, which is currently being referred to as “NRT” for short.

Their voucher program, which they referred to as a “brand new scheme” designed to support those who want to kick their smoking habits, is intended to provide those who want to quit with the means to do so – or more specifically, with the funds necessary to begin vaping.

Quit4Life Clinical Service Manager Julia Robson indicated in a statement that “e-cigarettes can be extremely effective as a means to giving up smoking, especially when combined with additional support from a stop smoking service.”

“Quit4Life are excited to be supporting Public Health England in their message to embrace quitting smoking through the use of electronic cigarettes. As shown in the Smokefree & Stoptober messages, e-cigarettes can be extremely effective as a means to giving up smoking, especially when combined with additional support from a stop smoking service, when you can increase your chances of a successful quit by up to 60%. This cost-effective and popular way to switch from smoking cigarettes has already helped many smokers in Hampshire to quit tobacco. Quit4Life aim to support as many people as possible who would like to improve both their health and wealth by quitting smoking, either with a vape or more traditional medication.”

The program is in line with current NHS recommendations to smokers, as the country’s publicly funded healthcare system has been advising smokers to pickup vaping in order to ditch their smoking habits, which comes as a result of their latest assessment of the benefits of vaping to smokers.
