Vapers Are Accidentally Buying Concentrated Food Flavorings And Vaping Them

Vaper Empire E-Liquids

Some vape users are reportedly buying concentrated food flavoring and vaping it, mistaking it for liquid e-juice.

The discovery comes after one Twitter user, identified by The Independent as Rob Whisman, noticed a number of one-star reviews for generic food flavoring drops on Amazon and decided to conduct a bit of analysis. What he found was quite astonishing.

As it turns out, some vapers are actually mistaking these fruity flavored juices for e-juices when they are in fact, not intended for use with vaporizers.

Take for instance the Capella brand concentrated flavoring drops. While they clearly state on their Amazon page for their Sweet Strawberry flavoring drops that the product is most certainly “NOT VAPE JUICE,” some users have left poor ratings for the product along with comments referencing the words “vape” and “juice” in conjunction with one another.

“THIS IS NOT A VAPE JUICE.”

For instance, one individual, who left the Strawberry concentrate a one-star rating, left the following review of the product: “Not an e-juice.”

Another Amazon user review of a food flavoring product not intended for use with vaporizers read in part: “This vape juice doesn’t taste sweet, or blue raspberry.”

And yet another that we saw read: “Lmao worst thing ever vot vape juice,” which we assume translates into something along the lines of “oops, this isn’t vape juice!”

“Lmao worst thing ever vot vape juice and it’s expired would never recommend lmao so bad even with one drop on mixes it’s nasty”

'Not Vape Juice' Comment On Amazon
This comment was left by a verified buyer of the blue raspberry flavored Capella flavoring drops product on Amazon. This buyer at least found some humor in their mistake, which might be more than we can say for some of the other vapers who have made similar mistakes in what may be a bid to buy cheap vape juice online.

Got Vape, one of the leading vaporizer retailers and distributors in North America, previously stressed the importance of quality when it comes to what vape juice you put in your vape, which is a valid point given that researchers have previously identified potentially toxic e-juice flavors in use by some manufacturers.
