CannaKorp Inc., a Massachusetts-based tech startup that aims to simplify and improve the herbal vaporizing experience for consumers, has launched the world’s first single-use pod vape for herbal consumption.
The company describes their new pod-based herbal vaporizer, the Wisp, as “a home appliance that ensures the finest experience in converting natural botanical and beneficial herbal products in a vapor form, free of combustion, additives and without denaturing.”

James Winokur, the founder and CEO of CannaKorp, indicated in a statement that the company is “excited to deliver this natural alternative to people who are looking to enhance their health and wellness regimens.”

CannaKorp has partnered with Sira Naturals, a medical marijuana cultivator in Massachusetts that operates a number of dispensaries in the state, to deliver its Wisp Pods to consumers. As a result of the arrangement, Wisp vaporizers and Wisp Pods are now available at Sira Naturals dispensaries – of which there are three.
Sira Naturals dispensaries can be found in the cities of Somerville, Cambridge, and Needham.
While the aforementioned dispensaries owned by Sira Naturals will initially be the exclusive retailers of Wisp Pods, CannaKorp indicated in a press release that dispensaries in California and Colorado will begin to sell their products in the upcoming months.
