Here are step-by-step instructions on how to clean the DaVinci IQ vaporizer accompanied by a video overview of the cleaning process, the latter of which comes courtesy of DaVinci Vaporizer’s YouTube channel.
How To Clean The IQ
- Remove the vaporizer’s mouthpiece.
- Separate the gasket from the mouthpiece.
- Use the metal pick tool to remove the flavor chamber.
- Remove the flavor chamber’s lid.
- Remove the o-ring from the chamber’s lid.
- Clear the heating chamber of any debris with the metal pick.
- Use the chimney brush to sweep the heating chamber.
- Use a q-tip dipped in isopropyl alcohol to wipe the outside of the pearl and the inside of the heating chamber.
- Use an alcohol wipe to clean the vaporizer’s loading area and pearl.
- Allow time to dry.
- Perform a burn-off cycle by cranking the temperature up to 430 degrees Fahrenheit and running it for 2 minutes.
- Turn the vaporizer off and allow time to cool.
- Wipe the exterior of the device with a cloth.
- Soak the remaining pieces overnight and then allow time to dry before reassembling.
Note: Do NOT use household cleaners or soap during the cleaning process.
