There’s a new feature embedded in the Pax Era called Session Control and it’s one that Era owners will almost certainly want to download because it allows users to adjust the dosage, so to say. We’ll explain.
In a feat reminiscent of the world’s first dose-measuring vaporizer, Ryah by PotBotics, the latest Pax Era update allows users to calibrate the size of their doses. The different Session Control settings range from micro to large, with small and medium in between.
How Session Control Works
Using the app, users can choose between micro, small, medium, or large hits. The size of the hits are not based on the amount of time that the vape is in use, but rather on the amount of energy (measured in microjoules) created by the user’s draw.
In order to accomplish this feat, the Era utilizes internal sensors to detect the amount of energy exerted by the user’s draw, but also the temperature of the air flowing in through its carb holes.
Why Dosage Matters
For those who are using a vaporizer to medicate, it can prove difficult to nearly impossible to determine the exact amount of medication administered with a single puff. And as a result, nearly impossible to follow a dosage regimen when using most modern vaporizers.
This is where the Pax Era and vaporizers like it step into the picture, offering users the ability to regulate and control their doses.
