The Vaper Empire e-cigarette company, a leader in the Australian vaping market, has inked a deal with global logistics giant DHL in a bid to provide low cost express shipping to its customers around the world.
As a result of the deal between the two companies, Vaper Empire’s customers will now receive all of their orders in as little as three days. Additionally, customers will now have access to package tracking, a feature that allows for packages to be tracked throughout every step of their journey.
Jimmy Jones, Vaper Empire’s Head of Global Strategy, indicated in a statement that one of the biggest complains that the company has heard from consumers who shop online for their vaping products is “excessively long delivery times.” Subsequently, the company inked a deal with DHL Express in a bid to ensure that their customers get their vaping supplies as quickly as possible.
“One of the biggest consumers complaints when it comes to the online vaping market is excessively long delivery times. By shipping all orders with DHL, Vaper Empire fulfills its promise of a completely catered for vape experience.”
Vaper Empire, founded in 2012, provides vapers in Australia, New Zealand, and elsewhere in the world with access to nicotine and non-nicotine vape juices, vaporizers, and e-cigarettes. All of their vaping products are available direct to consumers via their online store.
The company’s vape options range from the standard cig-a-likes to variable voltage vape pens and high capacity vape batteries equipped with high volume tanks.
