The G Pen Gio is a portable vaporizer designed to work exclusively with G Pen Gio cartridges/pods, which come pre-filled with cannabis oil — in this case, courtesy of Cresco Labs.
Gio vapes breakdown into two parts: the battery and the cartridge. The battery essentially powers a heating element which heats the contents of the cartridge to the point of vaporization. While a single battery is designed to last clear through multiple cartridges, the cartridges themselves are designed to be disposed of after use (once depleted).

Grenco Science shared news of the G Pen Gio’s launch in Illinois on Twitter, noting in their tweet that G Pen Gio batteries and cartridges are now available at over 25 locations.
