How Long Does The Pax 3 Take To Charge?

The Pax 3 portable vaporizer by Pax Labs can be recharged via a USB charging cord or via the AC Adapter that it ships with.

Pax 3 Charging Times

USB = 2.5 Hours
AC Adapter = 90 Minutes

It takes approximately 2.5 hours, according to the manufacturer, to fully recharge the Pax 3’s battery using USB. For faster charging, the AC Adapter is where it’s at, fully recharging the battery in just 90 minutes.

Note: Pax Labs recommends never charging the Pax in temperatures below 41°F (5°C) and above 113°F (45°C). In other words, don’t attempt to charge the device in extreme cold or heat.

How Do You Know It’s Charged?

To determine whether or not the battery is fully charged, simply look to the flower-shaped LEDs on the front of the device. These LEDs are essentially the display system for the Pax vaporizer. When one of the “petals” is lit up white, the battery is 25% charged. When two petals are lit, the battery is 50% charged. And when three petals are lit, it’s 75% charged. When all four petals are lit up, the battery is fully charged.

When the battery is completely depleted (out of juice), the top left petal will blink red three times to let you know it’s time to recharge the device.
